NC Kava Bar Alliance for the sensible regulation and deregulation of responsible and ethical kratom use.

North Carolina Kava Bar alliance for sensible regulation and deregulation of responsible and ethical kratom use.

The kratom industry is always under fire, but as kratom awareness spreads, so does controversy.

Kratom has long been demonized, falling victim to sensationalized false reporting. We stand strongly on the fact kratom does not need regulation due to the fact that it is a safe, natural herb as prepared by kava bars WORLDWIDE.

Synthetics: it has long been prophesied that Big Pharma or others will patent the alkaloid profile of the plant to bastardize it through synthetic production for big profits. They want to corner the market and eliminate safe and natural consumption of kratom.

They do NOT care about our kava communities.

Plan of action: we are collecting testimonials to plea to senate to not regulate kratom by way of how expensive, extensive, and ultimately dangerous and ridiculous it would be to task an agency with enforcing regulation standards.

Lab testing alone would end up costing the state millions that won’t be recouped through court fees.

It’s doesn’t make sense financially or logistically to CRIMINALIZE a TEA that helps so many GOOD HARDWORKING AMERICANS LIVE PRODUCTIVE LIVES. Everyone from your modern housewife, to the Military Vet that lives next door… even your local law enforcement officers use kratom like one would use CAFFEINE to get through their day, or sometimes at the end of their day.
